Since March 12, 2018, when the Nashua Board of Education approved Jahmal Mosley, the Superintendent of Schools, moving forward with the development of a strategic plan for the school district, Dr. Mosley and Susan Porter, a member of the Nashua Board of Education, have been meeting regularly to develop a process to be as inclusive and comprehensive as possible. Dr. Mosley and Susan Porter are co-chairing the development of a five-year strategic plan.
The goal is to devise a process that generates valuable feedback and fosters effective analysis to identify goals and strategies to focus the school district's work over the next five years. We look to these goals to provide impetus to our work, keeping student success at the forefront in all that we do.
The development of a strategic plan is expected to take place over the course of the 2018-2019 school year. We welcome interested community members to participate by keeping up to date with our progress. We will be publishing related documentation periodically so please revisit our website often. We appreciate your interest in our work and in the education of Nashua's youngest residents.
